About Us  Promoting Equality in African Schools (PEAS)           VISIT OUR WEBSITE

PEAS is a rapidly growing charity that aims to widen access to education in Africa by founding  and developing sustainable, low-fee secondary schools.

Funds raised by Promoting Equality in African Schools pay for the start-up capital costs of school building projects. This means that PEAS schools have lower running costs and lower fees. Quite simply, PEAS makes quality secondary education available to far more young Ugandans!

The first PEAS school has allowed nearly 900 pupils, many of whom are orphaned by AIDS or malaria, the chance of a brighter future. Please help us build more sustainable, low-fee schools by supporting Bridges to Africa and by making a donation.

You can find out much more about our work and our current projects by visiting our main website. Or why not email us? You may also be interested to read our Background document (available in PDF format). Thank you for you interest.
